The reason I am asking is I tow a teardrop and this may impact the charging rate for its house battery while connected. If the battery isnt fully charged it will diminish to 124V at 75 12V when its only operating at 25 and down to 119V when its completely discharged. If you have voltage readings in the 105 volts range on a charged battery that typically indicates a shorted cell.
There is a very big difference when a car battery drops even a small amount of voltage.
You say the battery is good and charged if you measure voltage at the battery cold it should be 124-126 to be goodmaybe have load tested. There are six 21V cells in a 12V vehicle battery. Upper voltage range can be 148v - does depend on the car though and the type of charging regime - mine can and has gone up to 152 but that is normal for my car.
